I am a Derbyshire born artist and have been painting all of my life. Starting off with illustrations to bring more life to my school essays, sometimes to my teachers annoyance, often though to my art teachers delight.
Progressing to full canvas work, and more recently to smaller panel board paintings, usually of our furry friends, dogs. I still love landscapes and of course there is no better place than Derbyshire for inspiration.
I work primarily in Oils and Pastels, but I don’t mind any medium as long as I am painting.
