About:
Hello my name is Karen Williams & I’ve been a sculptor for the last 20 years.
I make my sculptures with a clay and wire structure that I cover in recycled fabrics, old t-shirts, socks etc that I treat with resin to make them solid and weatherproof. I then paint them to look like metal.
Each piece is individually made. Along with the faeries and pixies (don’t panic they aren’t twee) I do a range of animals, dachshunds, dragons, dressed hares, dogs cats etc.
Along with the sculptures I also make wire wrapped faeries.
