Jemma Banks Design is a creation of cute and contemporary, illustrated products, bursting with colourful patterns, humour and quirky puns. They feature fun and positivity, from cats in the bath, to dogs doing yoga! Products include greeting cards, prints, children’s books and nursery decor.
I work from my home studio in Bretby, Derbyshire, where the environment plays a large part in the development of my products. Every design is printed onto recycled materials and uses plastic free and reused packaging.
I also create personalised commissions, involving anything from friends and family, to pets and memorable locations. I aim to evoke an emotion for the recipient, whether that’s sentiment or nostalgia. This creates a wonderfully unique product that customers can truly cherish.
