A huge hub of 26 artists
And it will be quite a hub of activity – 26 artists in total, including demos by Lor Bird at 12 and 3pm.
We have a mixture of artists who are old favourites and plenty of newcomers too. Added to that we will have live acoustic music between 12 and 4pm each day. Strutts will also be opening their café area and will be serving their legendary bacon sandwiches.
We have introduced a bit of a change this year so that venues later in the trail get earlier footfall – hopefully. So, we will have two trails in one – a Lower Trail and an Upper Trail – which will be distinguished in the brochure and on their signs by different colours.
And to make matters even better Strutts will be the start of the Lower Trail.
What better place to start with such a hub of activity. You can also park for free in Babbington Hospital making it easy to start at the Lower Trail if you wish.
You can park at Babbington Hospital on both days of the trail, and you can also park at Strutts on Sunday if you wish.
On Monday Strutts will be hosting a Car Boot sale in the back car park so if you can park at Babbington Hospital that would be appreciated.
(If you would like a slot at the Car Boot this needs to be purchased in advance direct from Strutts reception.)
There is also a quiet room where you can unwind and listen to the music.
So come along and enjoy some quality me at Strutts. It's a great place to start the trail.
